Slow cooked Cayenne, Kumara, Onion, and Garlic in a real ground Hāngī for 3 and a half hours, the flavour of this will transform any meal into the taste and smell of a traditional Hāngī meal. Great for roasts, pork belly, fried chicken and cheese toasties.
Ingredients: Red Wine Vinegar, White Wine Vinegar, Water, Kumara, Onion, Capsicum, Cayenne Pepper, Honey, Garlic, Salt, Pepper.
All bottles are filled to 150ml - some settling may occur.
